Camera company ARRI is offering two of its online Master Classes for free!
ARRI’s two cinematography Master Classes
The first one is a five-part series that explores high dynamic range with German cinematographer Karl Walter LindenLaub, who is known for films such as Independence Day, Stargate, and The Jackal and TV shows such as Suits.
You can also watch an ARRI master class with James Laxton, the cinematographer of If Beale Street Could Talk. In the five-part series, he dives into large format cinematography and takes the viewer through various lighting setups. These free film classes online are invaluable.
Pocket Film School
Pocket Film School has put together an awesome free course you can take on filmmaking that will teach you the basics of Directing, Editing and Cinematography to keep your creativity up while you are stuck at home.

Screenwriting Master Classes

Covid-19 Software deals
If you’re a student, you can also score deals on a number of software programs for artists and other creative people. For example, Adobe is offering its Creative Cloud free for students until May 31st.
